This is a Yahoo! Widget, not a web widget. To play it, you need to download the Yahoo! Widgets engine.

It does not work as an embed in a webpage. The image of a pong game is there but when you click on it, you are taken to widgipedia's homepage. But no pong game. It is impossible to get to for playing. Oh well. It would have been fun if it worked.
