It's the third version of a simple gadget help you to organize your gadgets by separating them from each other or aligning them to edges. Now, as you request you can "Drag & Resize":
1- Click on the gadget options icon.
2- In the options window choose Drag and Resize Option, then click OK.
3- Over the slide image appears hold the left mouse button and drag up and down to adjust the height.
4- Move the mouse out and it's done.
5- Do all the steps again every time you want to adjust the height.
In additional to the ability to type the height in the option
