You should probably compile a local copy of the tutorial and upload it as a .zip file. Otherwise, downloading the widget is useless.

Also there's the Photoshop tutorial from Yahoo (well, Konfabulator actually) http://widgets.yahoo.com/gallery/dl_item.php?item=WidgetCreationScript_1.1.zip
