I am looking to have a widget similar to the Harvest widget developed:

It is used to track time. You can add a time entry to it, edit it, and start / stop the timer. It loads and saves time entries from a web service but you won't have to develop this service - I will provide a list of methods. I will also provide the design and full spec (as soon as it's ready).
