messageWidget? Gadget? I'm not sure what I need...
Folks,

I am looking for a desktop tool to replicate what now has to be done in a browser. I currently launch my browser, type in the URL, enter my user name and password, and a four bar bar graph is generated showing plan and actual upload and download volume. The graph is generated using Java script.

I would like a tool that, in its simplest form, will allow me (or another user) to enter the user name and password and have it update on a user definable time frame and display that table in the widget, gadget, whatever it is. The update timer would need to be user defined so you could choose from once a month, once a week, daily, every twelve hours, every six hours, and from six hours down in hourly increments to one hour and from that down to every five minutes.

I don't need it to generate any kind of file for historical reference, but if that is an option that is easily implemented I would entertain it.

Any implementation suggestions and how you price for such a thing would be appreciated. You can contact me here or in confidence via email at nospam.client at gmail.

Regards,

Phil

Update: As of 1030 11/18/2007 this post has been read fifty-one times and nobody has posted even a single reply. What is the deal, is this too hard a request? Is nobody interested? I need to get this done, I'm serious, and I'm having a bit of a hard time believing it is so technically challenging that it should evoke zero response. Come on somebody, if it is too daunting how about at least making a post and telling me that. If not, what do I need to do to get someone interested?
