I posted previously about this and I just wanted to give an update. DivX runs a plug-ins contest for their DivX Connected platform. The submission deadline is coming up and there are not that many plug-ins in the contest so far. That said, the chances are pretty high you win a DivX Connected media player from D-Link. Anyone with basic HTML and/or JavaSctipt can participate. There are already some cool plug-ins available like Gmaps, Flickr, etc. You can find the SDK, PC client and other related information on DivX Labs.
