 Site User Centric Widget
We are looking for the development of a new web widget for our site for purposes of brand exposure and marketing. This project is for the winning bidder to develop a brand new widget from scratch according to these requirements for our online poker site:
- HTML or Flash based widget with 2-3 tabs. One tab will be populated based on userid parameter who is member of our website. So this tab will be dynamic and contain different content for each member. It will simply be user specific content detailing user ranking, username, past activity history, etc. Another tab will be populated by a News/Promotions rss feed, and the other by a list of upcoming games rss feed. Will have logo at top and maybe couple of random links near the bottom.
- Bidder will use branding design and colors of our website graphics, which will be provided. You may need to Photoshop down the sizes for the smaller widget display.
- Final widget will be about 200x320 pixels
- Our users will be able to easily to copy the code for the widget from out website and embed/publish it on their various social networking profiles and blogs, etc. These MUST include: myspace, facebook, google, friendster, tagged, blogger, typepad and livejournal
- somehow we want ot be able to also publish the widget on sites like WidgetBox, ClearSpring, etc.
- Bidder **MUST** have some experience (even if basic), with previous widget development, if not then please don't bother bidding please we will ask for evidence of widget understanding
- Ideally there will also be a way track usage of the widget in terms of clicks, etc.
- All source will be included in final delivery and widget will be hosted from our servers (if hosting is necessary)
All widget content will be provided via whatever mechanism is required (feed, url, xml) so this project is for the creation of the widget from that syndicated content and the graphical layout presentation of that content within the 3 tab framework.
Time to deliver complete widget: 2-4 weeks
