Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know how I can built a desktop widget using flex or/and air? Or does anyone know where I can locate documentations.

with flex itself you can't make a widget. I mean, you can build an application but then you will need to turn it into an AIR file so it can work as a widget.
Any flex application can actually be a widget, the difference from my point of view is the size (dimensions) just make it an AIR and you're done

could you do a tutorial some complex, for example how to do a simple RSS feed widget?
It will help a lot of people to understand how the widget works.
